In-house manufacturing, lab testing, and heavy-metal testing of all of our natural products and cultivated in North Sumatra province, which is the natural habitat and yields the highest quality nature products. These natural products are ideally suited for use as derivative industries for household needs. Every raw material of natural products is obtained by PT. SHA has been verified to contain what is claimed on the label. These tests reflect the potency and purity of PT. SHA products.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ? A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time? A: Generally it is 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ? A: Yes, we can provide some free sample, but the shipping cost should be on the customers’ account. You can either pay us the shipping cost or arrange a courier to collect the samples.
Q: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders? A: By sending you our available samples.Or if you have special requirement on the goods, we can prepare samples according to your requirement and send to you for your confirmation.
Q: What’s the MOQ? A: MOQ starts from 100 MT.
