FAQ
Q1. Can the filter be washed? A: We do not recommend to wash NanoFIL filter. If the filter is loaded with dust after a period of use, replace it with a new one.
Q2. How often should I change the filter? A: Generally 1-3 months, depending on the surrounding air quality.
Q3. Will installation of the filter affect the air flow of air conditioner? A: Effect will be minimal. NanoFIL filter is fabricated with state-of-the-art nano technology that has high filtration efficiency and low pressure drop. If your air conditioner is aged and the air flow is low, then we recommend to cut the filter in 2/3 of original dust filter size to maintain air flow.
Q4. Does the filter have a shelf life? How long can it be placed after disassembly? A: When the filter is stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, it shelf life is about 2 years.
Q5. Are there any other machines which can be equipped with the filter? A: Dehumidifier, air purifier, ventilator and etc. Any machines equipped with dust filter.
Q6. Is it required to wash the dust filter before installing NanoFIL filter? A: Before attaching NanoFIL filter to dust filter, the dust filter must be washed and air-dried.
