DAP Fertilizers contain a high nutrient content, including nitrogen and phosphorus, and are produced in accordance with European - US technology. There DAP Fertilizer are rapidly soluble, which helps the crops absorb effectively and are used in basal fertilizing and top dressing. It is remarkably effective for all crops in all different types of soil.
In the period of production, each stage of the production line is managed by using auto and modern technology in order to uniform products with international standards. Before shipping, DAP Fertilizers are also tested independently again to ensure the leading quality of DAP Fertilizers on the market.

DAP production technology is known as pre-neutral technology in combination with the tubing reaction of INCRO. DAP production method is based on the following reaction:

H₃PO4 + 2NH3 = (NH)₄2HPO₄

The process of production including the following stages:

- Preliminary neutralization of phosphoric acid with ammonia.

- Stage of the tubing reaction and granulation of the product.

- Packing.

- Air processing.

DESCRIPTION OF TECHNOLOGY:

Phosphoric acid from phosphoric factories, NH₃ from ammonia storage areas, technological water put into the tubing reaction equipment. In this equipment, the entire phosphoric acid, and about 70% of NH₃ are required to put into the neutralization and create ammonium phosphate slurry with 22% water. This slurry is then fed to DAP granulation equipment.

In the DAP granulation equipment, the slurry is uniformly distributed in granulation equipment and 30% remaining NH₃ is also granted on this device. This is the pelletizing drum equipment, the wings are fitted into a cylindrical body inside the drum. Due to gravitational forces, the slurry moves to the rear head and pelletized. The wet DAP particles are then fed to a drum dryer, where water in the wet DAP particle evaporates and the reaction for creating DAP continues during the drying process. The DAP particles meeting the specifications are put into the packing stage.

In the period of the production, dust and some toxic gases escape as NH₃, HF, SiF₄ at all emissions sources as preliminary neutralization equipment, the granulating equipment, dryers, buckets, the classification screen, DAP cooling devices which are collected and processed by the wet processing system. All technology and equipment of this production line will be imported and with the copyright.

DAP PACKING:

DAP from the drying stage is moved to the Bunke system by the conveyor, from this Bunke system, DAP is put down to the quantitative scale, and the packing machine, the DAP after packing is loaded by robot system to the pallets for convenience of the transport and storage.

In addition to the 03 major production lines mentioned above, the DAP factory has also a thermal power production line to fully utilize the excess heating steam from the process of sulfuric acid production.
