Product Description
Densifier AW-42-CL is a chemically reactive lithium silicate,producing extremely hard and dense calcium silicate hydrate(CSH) in the pores. It changes the chemical composition of surfaces filling the pores and capillaries of the concrete matrix with hard dense crystals to provide an increase in surface density, durability, dust-proof, and abrasion resistance.Uses
Densifier AW-42-CL can be used in areas that would benefit from this process including floors subjected to medium or heavy
forklift and tow motor traffic; including those found in warehouses, distribution centers, industrial plants, logistics, and most
concrete floors needing rehabilitation. Other uses include concrete floors subjected to frequent or heavy pedestrian traffic, such
as: exhibition centers, shopping malls, stadiums, docks, railway platforms, parking lots, hospitals, airports, museums, schools
and grocery stores, etc.

Application method
▪ Apply the Densifier AW-42-CL to the concrete surface by low pressure sprayer.
▪ The concrete must be kept wet with Densifier AW-42-CL
for at least 10-15 minutes.
▪ Using a soft bristle broom or floor-scrubbing machine to wipe back and forth on the floor to achieve optimum penetration of
Densifier AW-42-CL during this period.
▪ Remove any excess material using a squeegee or cloth mop. (Attention: If any excess material is dried and left on the surface,
it will result in unsightly white stains and is difficult to remove.)
▪ Apply the Densifier AW-42-CL to the concrete surface by low pressure sprayer.
▪ The concrete must be kept wet with Densifier AW-42-CL
for at least 10-15 minutes.
