ORDER PROCESS
1. SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST
Email or phone us with your ORDER Overview, use our look book to get an idea of what you may order in terms of garment styles and quantities so we can arrange you a quote.
2. ARTWORK APPROVAL
You will receive an email within 1 days after uploading design requirements.You can view your proofs and submit any changes online. Once you are happy with the designs you can also APPROVE them online.
3. FINAL PAYMENT
Later you will receive an invoice.We accept payments via T/T and the Western Union.Once the balance has cleared we will release your goods.
4. DELIVERY
No later than six weeks after you approve your designs and submit order your custom made order will be ready to go. We will send you a dispatch email notification with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. We always enjoy hearing back from our customers so send us some pic’s and tell us about your kits, feedback is gladly accepted.
