Q1. How is your product quality?
All spare parts are from the certified factories in QS9000, ISO9002 and TS16949, or from OEM suppliers in Taiwan. 

Q2. Can you produce according to our samples?
Yes, your genuine samples or technical drawings are welcome.  We will offer MOQ and the quotation for you, including the cost of the molds and tooling if necessary.

Q3. What is your warranty?

Matsuyama offer 6-12 month warranty starting from the delivery date for all new engine replacement parts.  But this warranty does not apply to below situations: 

    a. the defects caused by unqualified installation or repair

    b. the defects caused by failures of ignoring the instructions in genuine engine

        manufacturer's operations and maintenance manuals

    c. the defects caused by other components which is not supplied by Matsuyama

Q4. What is your product packing?

Standard export carton boxes or customized packing.

Q5. Do you accept sample trial order or small amount order?

Yes, sample trial orders and small amount orders are acceptable.

Q6. What is your payment term?

For orders less than $2000, fully payment is required.

For orders more than $2000, 30% T/T advanced as deposit, and 70% T/T balance before shipping.

Handling Charge (Taiwan Customs Fee and Bank Fee) will be requested if the total amount of each shipment is less than USD7000.

Q7. How long is your delivery time
Within 14 working days after the payment is received if goods are available in stock.  If the goods are not available in stock, the delivery time will be based on the quantity.

Q8. Insurance policy for the delivery

All shipment will have insurance if the shipment is arranged by our contract forwarder.  Please take the photos when you receive the parcels before unpacking if outside packing is obviously damaged.
