1. Are you original maker or trading company?
Ans: We are original maker in Taiwan for over 30 years. We have our own plant and production line. We had tooling machines, assembling line, and testing equipments.
2. Can you help customers to design other tools, even they are not torque tools or magnetic tools?
Ans: We help many customer to design various products, and we can offer parts, semi-finished products, and whole prouducts. Our artist and R&D team will help customers to design the outlook and outside package.
3. Can we ship goods to China, or other countries?
Ans: We have one branch office in Xiaman in China, offering importing and exporting service We help Chinese customers to import goosd from Taiwan. For customers in other countries, our staff in Taiwan will offer the FOB price for them.
4. What is the payment terms?
Ans: 30% T/T as deposit when customers place orders, and remaining should be paid when cargo is ready to be shipped.
5. What currency can we use?
Ans: We accept CNY, USD, EUR, and TWD.
