- If color are from our color range, we can get order ready(below 100pcs) within two weeks;

- For any yarn color we need dying to match,general we need additional 7 days on top of standard leadtime;
- How long it will take for shipping time?
- We use express such as DHL FEDEX, generally it take 3~7 days door to door;

- How can I trust factory for material quality?
- We have in-house test lab,standard we set up are higher than market; For example, our color fastness to sunlight is 4.5,which market standard is 3; Years development, our material can hand extreme situations, such as Australia UV, USA California Proposition 65;
- Can I get customized trims?
- We can help you with brand labeling things, but for core parts such as zipper,button, we don't offer custom design;
- Can I use nominated supplier for material supply?

- 60% deposit before production after design confirm, 40% before shipping after quality checking;
