The principle of operation
The principle of operation of the Grease trap of the "AvtoSbor" series is as follows. Waste water, flowing through the inlet pipe, enters a removable tray, in which large garbage is separated.
Then the water flow enters the separation chamber of the grease trap. Here, fine solid particles are deposited and non-emulsified fats and oils are enlarged.
In the settling chamber, the fat that has accumulated on the surface of the water is collected from the rotating shaft using a scraper. Then, through the gutter, it enters a free-standing waste canister. After the canister is filled, it can be easily replaced with a new one.
And as a result, the purified water enters the general sewer network through the distribution pocket through the discharge pipe.
Mounting
It is recommended to install the grease trap of the Autosbor series by a qualified specialist.
The grease trap is installed on the floor under the washing bath or near it, in a convenient place for maintenance.
Recommended procedure for installing a grease trap:
1. Install the grease trap on the site planned for installation.
2. Disconnect the sewer at the place where the grease trap will be connected.
3. Connect the corrugation of the washing bath with the inlet pipe of the grease trap.
4. Connect the discharge pipe of the grease trap and the drain point to the sewer with a sewer pipe.
5. Open the faucet in the washing bath and fill the grease trap with water.
6. Check the connection points of the grease trap for the absence of leaks.
7. Connect the grease trap to the 220 V network (via the power supply and the timer socket).
The auto-assembly operation mode is set using a timer. To do this, turn the dial of the timer socket clockwise so that the pointer stops at the mark with the current time. The clock is marked along the edge of the disk in 24-hour format. Each division between the digits corresponds to 15 minutes.
It is necessary to set the switch of the socket-timer to the symbol "clock".
For the effective operation of the car assembly, we recommend turning on the device for 15-30 minutes at the end of the shift. This is necessary so that a large amount of water does not get into the fat container.
The timer is set by pressing one segment located around the dial (which corresponds to turning on the auto assembly for 15 minutes daily).
The frequency of switching on the fat collection device should be no more than 3 times a day.
The time of continuous operation of the car assembly can not exceed 30 minutes.

For more efficient operation of the grease trap, as well as reducing the amount of accumulated dirt and odor, it is recommended to use biological products. They help to decompose complex organic pollutants into simple and safe substances.
