Our Glass Lens Manufacturing Plant is equipped with CNC automatic grinding and polishing machines, High Speed Radius following grinding & polishing lines as well as a traditional pitch polishing line. We offer glass lenses, cemented doublets, optical flats etc. in small prototype quantities as well as large bulk supply quantities.

♦ Our Plastic Injection Molding Facility has 6 Toshiba Injection Molding machines enclosed in a fully equipped Class 100,000 cleanroom. We mold all types of spherical and aspheric lenses for imaging and eyepiece applications, insert molded lenses, filters, condensor lenses etc. in Acrylic, Polycarbonate and Zeonex.

♦ Our Coating Facility has 3 Coating Chambers including our high precision Sputter Coater - SP-100 from Satisloh. The SP-100 allows for broadband AR coatings, filter, beam-splitter coating, dual band coatings etc with particularly strong adhesion and durability.

♦ Our Test and QC facility, equipped with a Fujinon Spherical Surface Measuring Interferometer, TriOptics Lens Measurement System, Spectrophotometers, stereo microscope, Optical Inspection Tables etc. ensures that only the best quality optics reaches our customers.
