Twill fabric is common use for many kinds of patches, such as military patch, police patch, scout boy patch and so on.
Some biker patch may have velvet for embroider base.
For some letter patches may use twill fabric, felt or satin fabric.

FAQ
Do you do custom designs? What format of file should I provide?
Yes, we do customized designs. Please send us the artwork in jpg, png, pdf or Ai file. It would be great if you can send us AI file for fine designs.
How is the patch size measured for pricing? The price is based on overall patch size. Measured in INCH: (width+height) / 2, and then rounded up to the nearest 1/2". For example: width 2.5" and height 1.125", the overall size is (2.5+1.125)/2= 1.8125, then the price is based on size 2". What is minimum q'ty of each design? The MOQ is 100pcs/design. If the order q'ty is less then 100pcs/design, we can still do so, only the price is a bit higher. Please send us your artwork & spec. for further quote.
How many thread colors can I choose for my embroidered patch? And how do I choose the colors? Basically, it's up to 7 thread colors for 1 patch design. If the thread color is more than 7 colors, we can do so and the price is different based on numbers of color.
What is the price for customized patches? The price for embroidered patch is vary based on the size, artwork, number of thread colors,.etc.. please provide the following information to us then we will offer the free quote within 1 working day.
-Artwork (jpg, pdf or ai file) -Size (W x H) -Embroidery coverage: Partial or full embroidery? -Border type: merrowed border or stitched border? -Backing option: no backing (for sew on), heat-seal backing (for iron on), vlecro backing (single or double sides),...etc.. -Q'ty of each design:
Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before production? Yes. For order q'ty 100pcs or more, we will email you a scan sample (sew-out) picture for your approval before Production. For q'ty is less than 100pcs, we usually send you a digitizing picture for approval before production. What is lead-time for sampling & production?It usually take 5 working days for sampling then will email you the scan sample picture for approval.2 weeks after sample approval for mass production. For large q'ty, please check with us prior to the order is confirmed.
Do you offer rush order service? Yes, rush order is to have the order finished within 1 week, but the additional rush order fee is applied.
