●\tHigh smoke point - up to 240 degrees Celsius – the oil does not become bitter when frying, retains all nutrients and useful substances, does not emit harmful substances.
When any oil is heated to the smoke point or higher, it begins to release carcinogens - toxic substances that irritate skin and mucous membranes. Rapeseed oil has one of the highest smoking points, that makes it harmless when frying.
●\tNear-perfect balance of omega-3 and omega-6 acids 1:2
It's no secret that omega-3 and omega-6 acids are extremely useful elements and are almost equated to vitamins. In addition, human body is not able to synthesize them, that means it has to get these extremely important substances from food.
Being well-balanced omega-3 acids reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and the lack of them can lead to neuropathy, retinal pathologies, and skin inflammation. Omega-6 in its turn reduces cholesterol and increases tissue regeneration. However, if the right balance (that according to various calculations is from 1:1 to 1:2) is violated, negative factors can reveal themselves, for example:
