HY-E630 is a kind of two part silicone rubber in addition cure or platinum cure type with mixing ratio of 1:1 or 10:1 . It can cure at room temperature as well as under heat . It’s a kind of food grade silicone and mainly used for mold making&prosthesis.

Application

HY-E630 silicone rubber is mainly used for making molds of concrete stone,GRC,polyurethane products ; wax, candle decoration ; rapid prototyping and tyre molds; chocolate,candy and similar products .

It's suitable for making silicone molds for cement, concrete, plaster, gypsum, GRC, resin, PU, polyester, wax and so on with excellent features: Low shrinkage, dry surface without oily problem, no smelly problem.

5, How to get good silicone mould to use longer time ?

--The best way is : 

1, Please choose teh right liquid silicone for your products.

2, Don't use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould bacome too soft to use.

3, Silicone mould can be used longer after the whole silicone fully cured. so it is better to wait for 24 hours after mold finished.
