Customized Plastic Filter Optics Lenses from Acrylic Mixed with Blue/ Yellow/ Black Masterbatch
- We offer Injection moulded plastic components with different spectral characteristics made by mixing different concentrations of blue, yellow or black masterbatch into Clear Acrylic.
- Materials – Clear Plexiglas 8N Acrylic mixed with Blue or Yellow masterbatch to produce the required spectral characteristics.
- Diameter – 3mm to 150 mm
- Weight – 0.1 grams to 180 grams
- Shape – Spherical, Aspheric, Freeform, Conic, Fresnel Etc.

♦ Our Plastic Injection Molding Facility has 6 Toshiba Injection Molding machines enclosed in a fully equipped Class 100,000 cleanroom. We mold all types of spherical and aspheric lenses for imaging and eyepiece applications, insert molded lenses, filters, condensor lenses etc. in Acrylic, Polycarbonate and Zeonex.
♦ Our Coating Facility has 3 Coating Chambers including our high precision Sputter Coater - SP-100 from Satisloh. The SP-100 allows for broadband AR coatings, filter, beam-splitter coating, dual band coatings etc with particularly strong adhesion and durability.
♦ Our Test and QC facility, equipped with a Fujinon Spherical Surface Measuring Interferometer, TriOptics Lens Measurement System, Spectrophotometers, stereo microscope, Optical Inspection Tables etc. ensures that only the best quality optics reaches our customers.
