- Color of peel, ripeness:
+ The ripeness of the fruit reaches 4-6 color according to the standard
About 75% of the deep red color appears on the surface of the fruit skin, the ears are blue.
+ About 90% of the surface of the shell is pink with a few spots of blue, the ears turn from green yellow to bright green.
