● Fast output of small film and thin film- Bag on-roll (star-sealed), shopping bags, flat bags, T-shirt bags and etc.

● Separate controls of temperatures, extrusion output, take up and winding speed on each line of the machine for precise control and easy operation.

• High Production Capacity
With a bigger single extruder, it is especially efficient to produce smaller width films, which lowers the costs but increases the output.

• Twin Head for Producing Different Film Widths

Double die heads allow producers to produce HDPE/LDPE films in different widths at the same time.

• Special Screw Design

The special screw design provides good mixing of pellets and allows a higher percentage of recycled material and CaCO3 compound.
