Sacha Inchi Oil is one of the few exotic oils discovered in the Amazon rainforest. Sachi oil is quite unique as it contains a good mix of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 healthy fats. In fact, it is one of the highest sources of omega-3 among plants which is very helpful in reducing the severity of cardiovascular disease and reducing inflammation in our body's immune system.
Color, Taste and Aroma of Sachi Oil
Sachi oil is extracted from a plant called Plukenetia volubilis which has the shape of a star fruit. The roasted seeds and dried leaves of this plant have been used to extract oil for several centuries.
