 The production process it’s mainly start from Confirm order -- Prepare raw material-prepare inner frame - prepare foam--making sample and confirm sample--cutting leather/fabric --upholstery -- QC inspect --cleaning -- get packed -- Book vessel --Clear customs -- prepare Invoice/PL/BL

Q1: Can I have a sample order for sofa chair & table ?A1: Surely, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.  

Q2:  What about lead time ? 

A2: Sample needs 10-15 days, mass production time needs 4-5 weeks based on order quantity.  

Q3. Do you have any MOQ for sofa / chair / table order?

A3: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available  

Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?A: We usually ship by sea due to it’s heavy and big volume, For Europe, some countries it’s will takes around 1 months, the specific time will depends on the destination seaport and vessel co, please feel free to contact for more info.  

Q5: How to proceed an order for sofa/armchair/table ?A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly, We arrange the production and deliver the goods once it's ready.   

Q6: Is it OK make my Logo on the goods ?A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.  

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.  

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1 %. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will make the replacement if it’s our quality issue. For 

defective part of goods which can be movable, we will resend the new accessory or we can discuss the solution including recall according to real situation.
