We, Ahlin, are overseas trade company, located in Incheon, the hearts of Korea overseas tread.

1.About product quality
We have a team of QC to control and inspect every lots of products is in perfect condition before delivery. Because we fully understand that it will be a great trouble if our products have any problems during selling at oversea.

2. About warranty:
- Online customer service: customer can contact each sale staff online if they meet any questions, and our staff will give you recommend and give our advises. Any problems will be solved at first time.
- Warranty: Up to 12 months for replacement. During warranty period, customer will enjoy necessarily replacement due to any quality problem. But any men-made or inappropriate conduct damage will be excluded.

3.About instruction and usage:

We can provide a complete user manual in English, Chinese, Korean0and usage instruction if your customer don't know how to use. So that you can sell out easy.

4.About sample :

We can arrange the sample for you ,but you need to pay for the sample and freight ,sample fee we will refund to you after you place the order .

5. About Shipping & Freight:
For more options of our customers, we usually provide FOB price, which factory price and deliverly price to Incheon port without shipping. But if you need, we can provide door to door express, like DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, etc with prepay freight cost or collective account. Customer also can let your shipping agent to contact us, and we will do our best to cooperate with them.
(Since we have our own warehouse in China, Chinese buyer can take product at our warehouse.)

6. About distributing:
