This air-cooled Zipper bag reprocessing pelletizer does not require any water consumption and takes up very little space, it can fit right next to or in between blown film machines. The pellets produced by the hot die face pelletizer are 100% dry and can be put directly back into the production line for immediate reprocessing. This equipment is highly recommended for packaging film producers of different types of film and bags, such as flat bags, commercial bags, garbage bags, food packaging film, shrink film and many others.
The Zipper bag reprocessing pelletizer is specially designed for blown film and cast film producers. The model can effectively recycle HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film scraps (mono and multi-layer), start-up or changeover film rolls (film-on-roll), edge-trim waste, T-shirt bag bundles (cut- offs) from in-house production. lightly-printed film can also be recycled into high, quality, uniformed pellets.
The Zipper bag reprocessing pelletizer Repro-Air has an average output of 40~50kg per hour, 800~1000kg per day. Through the nip roll feeder, Zipper bag reprocessing pelletizer can process multiple film rolls simultaneously. T-shirt bag bundles (cut-offs) from bag making process can also be thrown directly into Zipper bag reprocessing pelletizer without the need for pre-crushing.

Indonesia
Having clean and fresh water supply could be an issue for some producers in Indonesia and creates the following two problems:
(1)The recycled pellets are “contaminated” by the water and therefore affect the product quality when used back again in HDPE and
LDPE film and bag production.
(2) The water could easily clog the filters of the water circulation systems and affect the
production stability. It also disturbs the cooling effect for larger-sized recycling machines using water cooling.
The Repro-Air model was designed to solve the above issues by using the Zipper bag reprocessing pelletizer. The entire process -
from material feeding, extrusion to pelletizing is completely water-free.
Not only does this solve the water contamination problem (to the recycled pellets), but also saves a significant amount of water consumption to reduce overall operation cost.
