Proudly roasted in Vietnam. This is a great coffee! We developed a World's benchmark espresso coffee with Vietnamese characteristics by combining yellow honey and wased coffee. The result is a remarkable winey and fruity cup with bright citric acidity.
Here is a bit more details:
- We use high quality arabica beans with proper storage conditions for stabilising quality. For instance, only acquiring green bean with a moisture content of 10.5% - 12.0%, store them in GainPro bags and place these bags in a stable environment of approximately 22.5°C and 60% relative humidity.*
- By high quality we mean green beans with a score of over 80 according to SCA standards graded by our in-house team, but to ensure fairness, we do not call them ""specialty"" arabica coffee)
- 100% single-origin arabica coffee from Đà Lạt City, Lâm Đồng Province
- Altitude: above 1400m
- Processing method: yellow honey and slow sun-dried natural
- Roast level: Medium roast & Dark roast
- Key flavour notes: winey and fruity and a slight hints of local spices
