What is the sublimation?

Sublimation involves a heat and pressure application to bond the sublimate dye colours into the fabric fibres on a microscopic level. The base fabrics are always white in colour and Sublimated Sportswear- give you a unique design
Sublimation means that you can have creative and complex designs on your Sports Uniforms.

Why Sublimated?
This process allows a much greater range of design possibilities; vibrant colours and individuality e.g. uniform numbering, with the finished garments retaining their original feel and shape. The durability of sublimated garments is first rate and the comfort of the latest fabrics is assured with moisture management technology.

Sublimation is the newest and best way to create your custom apparel line. There are 3 main features of digital sublimation:

1, Lasting Color
Sublimation is a process in which dyes are heated and pressurized into gas, then transferred to fabric where they bond with individual fibers and cool to solid again. This makes your design a permanent part of the apparel, so it will never peel, crack or fade.

2, Bold Designs
Our Fully Digital sublimation process offers you Great flexibility in color choice and design... even real photo reproduction is possible. With juggle Sports Uniform Manufacturing, your imagination is your only limitation. See some of our best designs in custom apparel.

3, Superior Performance
In the world of athletic apparel, high performance fabrics are an essential part to keeping the athlete at an optimal body temperature and the highest level of comfort. Traditional screen printing puts a layer of ink on top of the fabric, which blocks the pores of the fabrics, preventing it from doing it's job of breathing and moisture wicking. With our custom sublimation, you can have the designs you want, while still having the benefits of our high performance fabrics.
Sublimation provide the clothing with bright color, which is never fadeless, as well as the stable quality.

We can embroidery the logo for you. Just give us your picture or logo as well as the size and stitches.

Design Process\t
1,The Design Stage
We need to know what kind of sportswear and the design concept you need. Or just send us the artwork please.
Once the design is confirmed, we'll get all the pieces ready for printing.

2,The Printing Stage
Printers will get the design printed on special sublimation paper.
(We use imported machine and advanced sublimation ink and papers)

3,The Sublimation Stage
The printed sublimation paper is now fed into special heat presses with plain white fabric. High heat makes the ink being transferred from the paper to the fabric.

Cutting Process\t \t

4,The Cutting Stage
The sublimated fabric are now being cut into the panels and ready for sewing.

5,The Sewing Stage
Our experienced sewers use different sewing machines( SINGER SEWING MACHINE)for different parts to make the garments high quality and nice.

6,The Quality Control
Finally, we'll check the Garments to ensure they are at the standard we are renowned. And then individually packing for shipping.

7,Ironing
We need to know what kind of sportswear and the design concept you need. Or just send us the artwork please.
Once the design is confirmed, we'll get all the pieces ready for printing.

8,Packing
This is the last step. We get the garment tidy and pack well then ship them.

9,All in DHL or Fedex carton or Packing Bag
About the Delivery time for DHL and Fedex service: It's about 3-4days to complete the delivery.

Primary Packing

Each Product is first packed in a poly bag as it is considered standard packing. We also provide custom packing for customers who would prefer custom.

Secondary Packing

After each product is packed in a poly bag or custom packing. We then put them all in cartoon or boxes. Then they are ready to be shipped.
