Q1. Which type of hair does Ivirgo Hair supply?

A: We supply 100% virgin unprocessed hair of Vietnamese and Cambodian with full cuticle aligned, same direction, no chemical.

Q2. How many hair do I need for one head?

A: Here is our suggestion : 12”-14”: 2 pieces, 16” – 22” : 3 pieces, 24”- 30” : 4 pieces.

Q3. How long does it last ?

A: At least 1 year . The hair can last for long time ( even 2 – 3 years) if you take care them carefully and regularly like your own hair

Q4. How to differentiate human hair with synthetic hair?

A: Human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash , which will go away after pinching. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke.

While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.

Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.

Q5. How long I get hair?

Our factory need 3-10 days to prepare all customers’ request ( if available in stock within 24 hours) and time shipping is 2-5 days based customer’s address : US, UK or other European countries 2-3 days; Angola, South Africa,Namibia or other European countries 4-5 days …)
