FAQ

Q1. Is the sample free or refundable?
A: Actually, it depends on the products. For low-value (under $20) products, we will provide free samples, freight collection. But for some high-value samples, it needs sample cost and freight cost.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time usually needs 30-35 days depending on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 40-50 days.
Q3. Can MOQ be smaller?
A: Yes and you can mixed variety of models together as long as the container is full or LCL shipment is more than 5cbm.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
Q5. What are your terms of payment?
A: By TT 50% of the total amount as advance payment within 2 days after PI date, by TT 50% of the total amount as balance within 2 days after the seller shows the copy of B/L via email.
Q6. How can we guarantee the quality of our products?
A: We follow a strict quality control procedure and there is always a final inspection before the shipment process is made. We are willing to offer a sample product for orders of certain MOQ.
Q7. How long can you expect the shipment to arrive?
A: It depends on the destination and shipping types but we will try our best to cut down on the shipping time but still provide a competitive freight rate.

A: Yes, we can! Our products are specially tailored to meet your own needs.
