1.Can we get some samples? Any charges?
Yes, customized sample will be charged according to your requirements, we also offer free sample for you to check quality, but we do not cover the shipping cost.
2.Can I print & customize the box with my own artwork?
Yes, we are specialized in all sorts of customization with box printing, we can print your own artwork/design on the boxes.
3.How do I make sure how the product looks like once produced?
Usually, we do work on digital proofs with 2D & 3D views for approval so that makes everything clear what exactly the box will look like once it is produced and assembled.
And for large orders, we send a physical box to make sure everything should be printed as per requirements.
4.What file type do you require for printing?
SIt's very easy & simple, just email us your artwork files in editable format like AI, EPS, PSD with a minimum of 300 dpi. We have our expert design team in-house who can work on your designs efficiently to layout the artwork and can work on your design absolutely Free (Once the order is secured). So we will work on the final layouts and send it you for approval.
5.What is Spot UV/ UV Coating?
This Coating provides a high amount of gloss, Spot UV is a high raised ink process to highlight the specific area, logo/artwork.
6.What is CMYK/ PMS Colors?
CMYK color is CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW & BLACK colors, Each color prints from a separate plate in layers to create colors, CMYK is also known as four colors. PMS stands for Pantone Matching System, PMS also known as special colors, PMS colors are assigned specific codes for ink mixing. A palette of fourteen basic colors is used to mix inks according to the formulas. These special colors can be used when you need any specific shade to be printed on the boxes.
7.How long can I get a sample and how long is the mass production lead time?
Sample time: 3-5days, production lead time is usually about 12-15 working days.
8.Do you ship to different countries?
Yes, we are entertaining many customers all across the world.
9.How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfy your quality, how will you do?
Normally we do samples for you to confirm everything, and production will be the same as
samples. If you are worried about quality problems, you can place the order through Alibaba
trade assurance, it can guarantee quality and delivery, If any quality discrepancy, Alibaba
will help you and return the money to you.
10.Do you refund the sample charge?
If the first-order quantity is up to 5,000pcs, the sample fee will be refunded.
