GENERAL DESCRIPTION The MDM-3580 and the MDM-3587 are 1.4-inch(approximately 35.6mm) height epoxy resin molded 3.0-pie dot matrix LED DISPLAYS. The standard units are available in red, green, orange and yellow-green emitting colors with 5X8 array and x-y select, and also available in 2 matrix orientation; cathode row and cathode column.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for our products?
A: Of course, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Sample needs 10-18 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks .

A: Yes, we have MOQ. Depends on Product’s reel MOQ, 2pc for sample checking is available for most types.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
