What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is usually 1000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please don’ t hesitate to inform us about your purchasing plan.We will offer the price correspond to your quantity.Hope you would increase your order quantity after you understand our quality and know our services.
How can I get a sample?
We usually provide a free sample with a little shipping freight to you, you could pay the freight fee to us by PayPal . Also you could order your OEM sample ,we will charge you as the cost really happen.Of course , the fee will be refunded when the order is placed . We normally ask for freight collection for sample delivery. If you have international courier account like Fedex , UPS, DHL and TNT, it would be great. If you don't have courier account available, we could prepay the freight and you just pay it to our PayPal account accordingly.
How long will the sample lead ?
For existing samples, it takes 2-5 days .If you need sample with your own design, it usually takes 7 days or more.
How long will your production lead ?
It depends on each product and order quantity. Normally , it takes us 15 -45 days for a order over our MOQ qtys.
What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
For printing design, we need Al or PDF file for set up the print-plate. Before real sample making,We will make mock-up photo to you for approval of print details, including color, size and position.
What is your payment term?
Normally, we accept payment term as 40% deposit after order signed and 60% balance against the copy of B/L.
