World Wide Supplier of High Quality Custom Made Aspheric Fresnel Lenses Available for Bulk Buyers
- We offer injection moulded plastic fresnel lenses of the following types
- Fresnel Surfaces – We offer Fresnel surfaces having spherical or aspheric surface equations and pitch/groove spacing down to 0.5 mm
- Materials – Acrylic, Polycarbonate and Zeonex
- Diameter – 3mm to 40 mm
- Surface Accuracy – Surface will be within 4 microns PV of design surface
- Surface Roughness – Less than 8 nm
- Aspheric Cavity Inserts – Cavity inserts are made directly on hardened steel using modified SPDT machines.
