A: Yes, the hair is cut from donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed,

Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle?

A: No, The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding and as a virgin cuticles aligned with no tangle. It could last over years if taken good care.

Q3. How many bundles for a full head?

A: “12-14 inch” 2-bundles, “16-20 inch” 3 bundles, “22-28 inch” – 4 bundles or more.

Q4. Can they be straightened, curled?

A: Yes. You could use hair straightener or hair curly to style the  human hair.

Q5. How long is the processing and shipment time?

A: we will ship the goods within 24 hours after verifying the payments.

Q6. Can I dye/color the hair?

A: Yes. The hair can be coloured.

Q7. What is your Returns /Exchange policy? 

A: all returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All hair must be original packaging with all labels still attached. Unraveled to used bundle could not be returned or exchange, you have to return in 24 hours, and you have to  inform  in 12 hours after getting,
