Q2：How long is the warranty period?
A：We supply 1-year free warranty, but according to the laws of each region, it may be 2 years minimum.
Q3：Is customization available?
A：Yes, we can do OEM and ODM, we supplied different customized service for customers.
Q4：What are the shipping and payment methods?
A：Overseas shipping is FOB Keelung, shipping fee will be charged by customer or by forwarder. Payment is after NRE 100% received, and products without NRE, will be charged 20~50% deposit of total amount, all payment should be done before item delivered. Large amount and large number purchasing customers can use OA30 or OA60.
Q5：What is the MOQ?
A：Each product has different MOQ, the sample can be purchased at least one; 20 MOQ for large-sized models; 100 MOQ for small-sized models; 500 MOQ for customized (OEM/ODM) models.
Q6：Which Operating System do you supply?
A：Mostly are Android 7.0/8.0/10.0, but it depends on the motherboard, and others are Windows 10, and the version depends on customers’ need.
Q7：How long is the lead time?
A：Part of our products have inventory in stock, we can ship out immediately. The lead time of standard models is 8 weeks, customized (OEM/ODM) sample is 4 weeks, (including design and manufacture) mass production model is around 8 weeks or depends on different projects.

A：Mainly in Keelung Port and Shenzhen Port, both are registered as qualified export company.
