A:We are a factory. We actually manufacture on-site all of our own products. All metal cutting, bending, welding, galvanizing,painting, hydraulic cylinders, booms, legs etc... are all made from raw materials by our employees. We purchase hydraulic fittings, oil, paint, wire rope, winches, valve bodies, hydraulic hoses and other parts from long time suppliers and partners.

Q: I SEE A LOT OF COMPANIES SAYING THEY ARE THE ORIGINAL METRO TOW TRUCKS FACTORY. WHAT IS THE TRUTH?
A: We are the original factory, there is no question about that. Just call Metro Tow Trucks Canada at +1-613-223-0139 and
ask.There are no other Metro Tow Trucks factories. They are all just rebranding Chinese wreckers and Metro does not order parts or sub-assemblies from anyone anywhere in the world.

Q: WHO DOES THE ENGINEERING FOR YOUR WRECKERS?
A: All engineering is done by our own staff. Our drawings are all original and done by western European staff. We do not have any Chinese staff working as engineers.

Q: MY TENDER/RFP/RFQ REQUIRES THAT THE MANUFACTURING/ASSEMBLY/MOUNTING BE PERFORMED IN A COUNTRY OTHER THAN CHINA. CAN YOU STILL HELP?
A: Yes, this is very common. We often build entire wreckers and mount them in Canada. We have dealers in multiple countries that can also assist in the installation. The cost of course is going to be greater then manufacturing in China, but it can easily be done.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS ON WRECKERS?
A: We require a 30% deposit on all orders, except government orders in Canada and the USA. 70% is payable before shipping. You are welcome to visit our factory and inspect your units before shipping and you may accompany them to the port.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A WRECKER?
A: Often we have certain popular models in stock, ready to ship in a few days. Different models take different amounts of time to manufacture. You should count on 45 days as a minimum for most orders, after receiving the deposit and confirming all specifications.

A: Of course! We love visitors. Visiting China is an amazing experience and all of our visitors have a great time. We are in a
very convenient and modern city, so do not hesitate to contact us for a visit. At our factory you can see the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.

Q: CAN WE COME VISIT YOU IN CANADA?
A: Of course! Canada is a great country to visit. Here you can see beavers, maple syrup and our tow trucks mounted on North American Chassis. You can even get the opportunity to practice a roll-over recovery or tow call.
