How can I order?

What is your minimum order amount?
There is none. We only require minimum product quantity below.
What is your minimum product quantity?
Our minimum product quantity is 500 to 1,000pcs for each product (depend on the style that you select).
Can you custom make my own designs?
Of course, we can. Please feel free to contact us for your custom order requests.
Can you engrave our logo/image on the products?
Yes, we can laser engraving your logo/image/text.. on the products with any color.
PAYMENT:
What is your payment term?
A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to process your order. The rest of the total value plus shipping cost and other charges (if applicable) must be paid before we ship the order to you. Prior to sending the rest of the payment, if you need a photo proof of finished products, please feel free to let us know.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept secure payment via Bank Transfer.
What currency do you accept?
We accept United States Dollars (USD) for all orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do NOT charge sales tax on all orders.
SHIPPING:
What is your delivery time?
It normally takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the size of your orders. There may be delays due to high volume times, so please plan ahead and order as early as possible.

We ship to all countries worldwide. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to high-risk countries.
