Our Snacks are made of naturally leavened pizza dough and are stone oven baked. They’re hand-shaped, according to the old traditions, and filled with tasteful and carefully selected ingredients.
To reheat in oven, they are ready in few minutes.
Pizza dough snack filled with 4 cheeses.
Stone oven baked. Deep frozen.
Do not refreeze the product once thawed
The product is GMO FREE
INGREDIENTS:
WHEAT flour, water, tomato puree 15%, mozzarella cheese 8% (MILK, salt, rennet), edamer cheese 5,5% (MILK, salt, rennet), blue cheese 4% (MILK, salt, rennet, Penicillium Roqueforti), emmental cheese 2,5% (MILK, salt, rennet), extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast, oregano. May contain SOY.
COOKING INSTRUCTION: To consume after cooking
Heat the oven up to 200°C, remove all packaging from the product and place it on the central grill. Frozen product: 9-11 minutes. Defrosted product: 6-7 minutes.
Do not refreeze the product once thawed

Sorrento Sapori e Tradizioni is born.
A bigger site with a large-scale production becomes soon necessary.
In 2002 Piana del Sele is chosen as new location and Eboli is the town to house the new headquarters.
A success out of a challenge, with a plant currently cranking out over 30 million pieces per year. The site is specialized in frozen pizza snacks manufacturing, it preserves the artisanal origins of the initial company and still avails itself of Master Pizza Chefs’ expertise.
