Angular contact bearing installation precautions
1. Bearing installation should be performed in a dust-free and clean room. Bearings must be carefully selected. Bearing spacers must be ground. The parallelism of the spacers should be controlled at 1um while maintaining the same height of the inner and outer ring spacers. the following;
2. The bearing should be cleaned before installation. When cleaning, the inner ring slope is upward, the hand induction is flexible, and there is no stagnation. After drying, put in a specified amount of grease.
3. Special tools should be used for bearing installation, and the force should be uniform. Knocking is strictly prohibited;
4. The bearings should be stored clean and ventilated, without corrosive gas, and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%. Long-term storage should prevent rust regularly.
