Construction:
(1) This equipment coiled with two sheets of metal to form two uniform spiral flow passages, both fluids flow in opposite
directions. It provides extremely efficient heat transfer, even for two kinds of fluid with little temperature range. It can reach
the ideal heat exchanging effect.
(2) The nozzles of the shell adopt tangential connection type, with small local resistance loss. Because of the uniform curved
rate of spiral channel, fluids flow without sudden changing, so flow rate can be much higher in order to improve the heat transfer
capacity.
