Q1. What is your MOQ if I want a private label on products or/with customized design?
A1: Normally, MOQ is 60pcs or 2-5 cartons. For customized design, the MPQ is 1200pcs.
Q2: Can you help for the design?
A2: Yes, we have the professional designer to help with the sample information such as the style of product and the logo, images.
Q3. About Sample
A3: We welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. 1-3 pieces samples will be provided for free,
samples freight have to be paid on your side .
Q4. What about the Lead time?
A4: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Our producing capacity is 300,000pcs/month.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A5:30% deposit before production, 70% balance paid before loading.
Q6. After sales service
A6:Any quality problems found after sales would be offered utmost service for solution to minimize unnecessary losses.
