Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Sample cost has to be paid by the customer.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Most Samples need 7 days to dispatch, in special design/customization more time may be required, mass production time needs 2-3
weeks for most orders.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, FedEx. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
Q4. How to proceed with an order?
A: To Order:
1. Kindly confirm quantity and specs
2. We will give final confirmation of price and an invoice will be issued
3. Customer will make the Payment
4. We start right away after payment is received.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. custom logo can be printed on them
