1.When turn on the machine,there is a leak happened between the injector head / tongue scraper and broom hand/haft. Is the unit broken?
This is happened because when you are installing the broom head, they are not yet in the right position. When installing that, please make sure that you hear a very clearn sound that the broom head matches perfectly to the unit before use.
2.What shall I do if the water leak from the broom head?
If you alreay confirm that your installation of the broom head is no problem, try to change for another spare broom head to try whether this problem can be solved or not. If yes, it proves that the current broom head is broken, you may have to change for another one.
3.I see on the machine there are different pressure levels, which one I should use for first time and for normal daily use?
If you are a new user of our machine, we suggest you to start from the smallest pressure and when you get used to it, adjust it to be bigger pressure gradually.Normally the biggest pressure is the best to use to clean your teeth and good for your gingiva.
4.How about the pressure of your water floss. Will it be too small that can't clean the teeth or too big that may hurt my gingiva?
