HOW DOES IT SMELL?
Our incenses have different aromatic notes, always having a woody base note from the sustainable Palo Santo wood but carrying other sweet, citrusy, minty or floral notes from other natural ingredients like plants, resins and essential oils.

NATURAL INGREDIENTS
All of our incenses are made with Natural Elements. We do not use chemicals or charcoal.
Our natural ingredientes are organic and sustainable, we always use a base of Palo Santo wood that's mixed with resins extracted from the bark of copal and myrrh, dried plants of rue, rosemary and eucalyptus or floral essential oils of rose, lavender and jasmine.


SUSTAINABILITY
Our incense are made with natural ingridients. We sustainably harvest of Palo Santo, it means the trees fall and dry naturally for at least 4 years. We don't cut trees.
We have contributed to the economic and cultural development of the craft communities of northern Peru, revaluing the ancestral knowledge in every incenses. We actively work with the communities of Piura, Sullana, Lancones and Morropón.

WHO WE ARE?
We are GATE EXPORT, our company is taking Peruvian Craftmanship and Sustainable Palo Santo creations around the world. In 2019 we launched our first brand ISPALLA INCENSE PERU to create unique aromatic experiences.

Thanks to Ispalla, we have been making a positive impact in the artisan communities of northern Peru, providing more opportunities for social and cultural development, revaluing the ancestral knowledge of the native cultures of northern Peru and protecting Palo Santo trees.


FAQ


How long is the delivery time?
Sample order and MOQ of 1 Master Case will be around 3 - 7 business days. For larger quantities will depend on the country of destination and shipping method, For reference, a regular shipment of 6 Master Case takes around 5 to 10 business days.

What is the shipping method?
We deliver door to door service with DHL, we also have FedEx, air and sea cargo. Our clients regularly prefer DHL for shipments under 200Kg (10 Master cases approximately).

How is your payment system?

Our accepted payment methods are: Bank Transfer (T/T) and PayPal. Accepted payment currencies: USD and EUR.

How much will the customs fees be?
You can check that information with our incense’s HS Code. Take into consideration that some countries have FTAs with Peru, which allow us to provide you with an Origin Certificate that will reduce or relieve import duties. Some countries charge as high as 7% of the CIF. Our incenses fall into the code 33074100

Are Ispalla incenses organic?
Our incense are made with sustainably harvest Palo Santo and natural scents from copal and myrrh resisns, dried plants of rue, rosemary and eucalyptus or floral essential oils of rose, lavender and jasmine. We do not use charcoal or chemicals in our products. Our incenses are organic and sutainably handmade by artisans.

Why are your incense sustainable?
Our incenses are sustainable because we use sustainably harvested Palo Santo. Which means that naturally fallen and dry trees are collected by native communities. We dont cut trees. We also mix the Palo Santo wood with plants, resins and essential oils that are equally organic and sustainably harvested.

What are the communities that ispalla contributes?
We contribute to the social and economic development of the communities of Piura, Sullana, Chulucanas, Lacones and Morropón. These communities have grown in the area for 6 generations, working in agriculture, ceramics and Palo Santo crafts.
