A: We have excellent 4 colors (Red/Blue/Yellow/Black) printing machine which print photo-like dddesign on the film.

Q: Is customized available? 

A: 1) Film performance: Yes, we can follow customer's demand to change condition on resin or m. machine to meet customer  required.

    2) Printing customizable: Yes, we can follow customer's design to print on the film. 

    3) Packaging details: Yes, we can follow customer's demand for different size on box and pallet.

Q: Can you print my logo or name in packing? 

A: Yes, we can do that.

Q: What's the process to confirm our printing design ?

A: 1. Please send your design file (ai, pdf, jpg) to us.

    2. We will follow your design to modify all details to suit our printing machine.

    3. We will send new file to you for first step confirmation.

    4. If you have any question on the new design, we will discuss that and change that.

    5. Once we get your first confirmation, we will print design on paper and send to you.

    6. Once you get paper, if everything is ok, please sign it back to us for confirmation.

    7. We will prepare the new printing cylinder which follow this paper and try run on machine to. h have sample film.

    8. We will send you the printing film for your final confirmation.

    9. Once you confirm the printing film, please sign it back and we will run the commercial p. products based on your order.

Q: Do you have Deep Emboss Film? 

A: Yes, we have Deep Emboss film from 20gsm to 100gsm.

Q Does laminated fabrics are weak on tensile strength because of they are thinner or lighter ? 

A:No, it would not. The Non-woven 30gsm are using on both 43gsm and 63gsm laminated quality, tttthe strength are very close to each other.

Q: Can I get free sample sheet ?

A: Yes, sample sheet is free and can be ready within 3-5 days.

Q: Can I get free sample roll ?

A: We can supply 1 sample roll in free, but the courier charge shall respond by customers.

Q: Can I get free sample roll with printing of my design.

A: After you pay the printing cylinder charge and confirm design process, we can supply 1 roll free ooof charge, but the courier charge shall cover by customers.

Q: How about the cost for printing cylinder on my design? Can I get it for free?

A: 1 color cylinder cost US1,800 and it require to be prepaid before we do this cylinder. The cccylinder charge will refund if order over 1*40HQ during 1 year.
