New Tsukumo hammered deep Frying pan 27cm

"Tsukumo" the beautiful skillet has been named after one of the ancient Japanese deities, "Tsukumogami," The old myth says a tool that has been used with utmost care as a long-time favorite will eventually become a home for a deity and bring happiness. The pan is made by one and only manufacture called Yamada Kogyosho who makes woks and pans by hammering method in Japan. By repeatedly hammerd over 5,000 times into the mold, the iron is well-fortified and this process makes the surface which creates strong seasoning bond with oil. The pan and the handle is conected with cast iron joint with rivets and made to last. The handle is domestic cherry wood manufactured by furniture craftsman in beautiful shape which makes this slillet very special.
Notice: As the result of being produced from repeatedly hammering five round iron sheets, the top-most layer of the product will have remaining hammer-marks, whereas the bottom-most layer will have remaining circular marks from the edge of the mold. While the skillets with hammer-marks are popular, please note that you will not be able to make the selection.
