The production association commenced operations in 2008. As a result of steady development of all business areas and successful implementation of large-scale investment projects, the company has become one of the major industry players in our country.

Cooperating with the major enterprises of the neighbouring countries, we have entered the worldwide agricultural market and made the first export deliveries to Poland and Belgium. A groats production shop is located in Sikiyaz village, Duvan district of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the premises of “Ovoschnoy Rai” agricultural consumer co-operative also incorporated into the “Prostor” group of companies

First of all, raw feedstock grains for groats production are delivered to the preparation line where they are cleaned of impurities and dried to the desired condition. Then the grain crops are forwarded to gray groats production shop UVK-1-2000 with production output of 48 tons per day.

When processed, feedstock grains are cleaned more thoroughly, peeled and polished, and fine flour middlings are removed therefrom to get high-quality groats. After being processed in UVK-1-2000 shop, the feedstock grains turn into grey groats compliant with Russian State standard (GOST). The groats are forwarded to the packing line and packed into polypropylene bags.
