C. How can I make a customized service?
At this stage, we provide customized spraying line planning, including swing table, reciprocator, control cabinet, etc. for different coating lines.
D. What kind of OEM service is available?
As long as the products are shipped from our side, we will provide free stick labels, and laser engraving services on the products, and please give the LOGO you want to use.
E. If I get a defective product, can I get a refund or exchange?
Our products are strictly QC and tested when they leave the factory. Our warranty period is one year from the date of delivery.If the product fails under the regular operation by the customer, after inspection it has been identified as the problem of the product itself, during the warranty period, we will be responsible for maintenance.
F. How to guarantee the quality of your products
We will carefully select a vendor when purchasing. Functional testing is executed when in production. We will issue a final test report when products leave the factory.
