Aluminium Frame Formwork for Slab
TECON Aluflex formwork is a highly efficient formwork thanks to lightweight and early stripping head. It is independent of crane and a few components design, two works are enough for the erection.

The biggest panel is 1.8*1.8m, weighs 57.61kg and covers 3.24㎡.

Max slab thickness can reach up to 700mm

Early stripping heads help to maximize the usage of aluminimum panels, with themselves left in lower floor together with props.

Few components make it easy to assemble, up to 150㎡ per day per worker.
Replaceable Birch Plywood
Complete piece birch with phenolic glue ensures prolonged service life of 40 times and also brings high-quality concrete finishing.

Max slab thickness can reach up to 700mm
Early stripping head
Early stripping heads help to maximize the usage of aluminimum panels, with themselves left in lower floor together with props.

* Biggest panel size 1.8*1.8m, weights 57.61kg and covers 3.24㎡, it can bear slab thickness up to 200mm with 4 pcs props, and bear slab thickness up to 700mm with 5 pcs props.
* Smallest panel size 0.9*0.6m, weights 15.29kg and covers 0.54㎡, it can bear slab thickness up to 700mm with 4 pcs props.
*Two workers are enough for the erection, stripping and removal of Alu-Flex formwork without tower crane. Panels weight around 20kg/㎡. There are 12 kinds of panel sizes to meet different structure.

By T/T or L/C.
3. What is the lead time?
For climbing formwork, self-climbing platform, plastic formwork we have stock in our warehouse. The preparation of loading will be
within 10 to 15 days.
For H20 timber beam, TECON-Form Shuttering, the lead time is from 15 to 25 days.
For other system, the lead time is from 30 to 45 days.
For more accurate lead time, please contact us for specific product based on your quantity.
4. What is the package method?
We have standard steel pallet, wooden pallet etc. which suits to container transportation.
5. Do you have any guarantee on the quality?
We have guarantees on the quality on different product basis.
6. Do you offer buy back system or rental business?
We offer buy back system on some of medium and big scale projects, but we do not have any rental business yet.
7. Do you have on-site supervision service?
Yes, we have on-site supervision service for most of our projects across the world except for a few restriction regions.

Step 03. Report on production schedule weekly until completion – by TECON Customer Care team
Step 04. Execute pre-shipment inspection – by Customer or Third Party Inspection company
Step 05. Effect the balance payment – by Customer
Step 06. Arrange the loading and shipment after balance payment – by TECON Customer Care team
Step 07. Submit the full set of shipping documents via courier after departure – by TECON Customer Care team
Step 08. Submit the full set of user manual, calculation, shop drawing and assembly drawings – by TECON Overseas Sales team
