a. With excellent mechanical stability, service life.
b. With great EP AW (Extreme Pressure, Anti-wear), for calcium salt is a kind of inactive AW agent.
c. With great anti-water capacity, for the product is of high specific gravity, no changing after long time mixing with water, or moisture and water spray surroundings.
Application
Water resistant grease for heavy duty bearings under high temperature moist conditions Applicable between -20℃ and +250℃, can be 280℃ for short time, for lubrication of (1) bearings in contact with water, for example textile and paper making machine that in touch with water for long time; (2) bearings of hot rollers, and calender bearing in steel works; (3) bearings under high temperature, for example, Tensile excavator, hot air blower, heat-setting machine, high temperature vat etc; and (4) various industrial equipment like wheel hub bearing of vehicles, heavy load machines, and steering wheels of trailers etc.
