How to make an order online ?

Step: 1

Figure out what items your house needs.  Make a purchase list and send us 

For example. ( You can contact us to send you this list form or you can make a simple list by yourself ) 

Step 2 

Our manager  will send you the related products catalogue for choosing 

Step 3

You select the models and confirm the materials, colours, and size, our manager will send you the quotation. After you confirm the quotation, the manager will send you the invoice through Alibaba for the deposit. 

Step 4 

After you made the deposit, our manager will start to help you source all other items from the market for you through online video meetings/taking videos/photos like you are at the site to purchase.  ( for these orders we charge 5% of the amount of the order as our agent fee, we will responsible for paying the deposit and controlling the quality and consolidating the goods in our warehouse ) 

Step 5 

When all orders finish production and no defects are found, we will prepare a final payment on Alibaba for you and start to arrange the loading container.  Our manager will always be present for loading container.

Step 6

We take care of the customs clearance and everything  in China side and prepare all the necessaries 

documents  which need at the Destination port side ( Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Loading ... )
