Our Products are packed in Standard Carton Box. We can do Customized Packing & Labeling in Sets of 2, 3, 4 , 6 or as per your requirement.
Q 1. How to get a sample ?
Many of our samples are of free of cost. Unless otherwise we develop a special pattern or design for you exclusively which you may have to bear the costs.
You will have to bear the shipping expenses like DHL, Fedex ,TNT, UPS etc.
Q 2. Is your minimum order quantity is fixed or can be altered ?
Generally fixed but in many cases we accommodate to our clients special requests without compromising on our production norms and techniques.
Q 3. How soon can I get a quote ?
Generally we revert back in 24 hours from the receipt of the RFQ. But if it is very urgent we request you to email your requirements to marketing@mntex.in ,which will enable us to get immediate attention ,follow with cost working and reply you as quickly as possible.
Q 4. What is the guarantee for the quality ?
We adhere strict quality control norms from fiber level to end product. Our products pass through meticulous quality tests at every stage of the production. Our finished products are certified by SGS,EU_REACH ,OEKO-TEX ,ISO ,GOTS and INTERTEK.
We also accept: Third party inspection.
Q 5. What are your Payment Terms ?
Our terms are LC at sight from a prime Bank .Wire Transfer .30% deposit 70% against BL Pay Pal or any other guaranteed mode authorized by Reserve Bank of l dia.
Q 6. What are your shipping modes ?
We execute our shipments by Sea ( FCL/LCL) ,by Air , by express service like DHL or Fedex.
Tuticorin I Chennai is our nearest Sea port and Chennai and Trichy is our nearest Airport. We do F.O.B ,C&F ,CIF ,CIF DDC paid terms.
