NEW ORIGINAL 2056 7206 COF BONDING double sided acf bonding tape anisitropic conductive film
Anisotropic conductive film, well known as ACF tape or ACF, is a special bonding glue between the substrate a and the substrate b.After hot press ACF bonding, the current can only flow through the vertical axis z direction between the substrate a and b. Coating substance.
Conduction principle: Use conductive particles to connect the electrodes between the IC chip and the substrate to make them conductive. At the same time, it can avoid the conduction and short circuit between two adjacent electrodes, and achieve the purpose of conducting only in the Z-axis direction.
Used to connect to a fixed upper and lower electrode (IC) and reach the conduction current, therefore widely used in monitors,mobile phones, automotive panel, LCD TV and other thin form displays (LCD/LED/touch screen) related fields.
Storage:
(1) For the unopened ACF, preservation conditions: - 10 ~ 5 ℃, 6 months after its use for manufacturing (manufacturing date and
preservation conditions for ACF trademark sign will indicate).
(2)For the opened ACF, preservation conditions of the product:15 days in -10 ~ 5 ℃ environment, and exposed in the air, the time
will be shorter; Unopened products that are kept in a high temperature environment will shorten their effective use.
