A set of combs is installed beneath the slitting rollers to remove any residual cutting grooves from the noodle slitter. The noodles are portioned evenly and subsequently restrained by metal weights during their exit from the slitter, imparting a wavy texture to the final product. Noodle slitting constitutes one of the most critical stages in the noodle production process, with the noodle slitter playing an essential role.
