Packing & Delivery
Tiles are put face to face. Between the tiles, there are white papers to protect tile surfaces. Then, carton boxes are put into
wooden pallets. Pallets will be loaded into container. Each 20 ft container can be loaded from 20-24 pallets. Actual packing will be changeable depending on real requested sizes and loading capacity which is allowed by Buyer’s custom at Port of Destination.

VST Materials JSC., is now One of the Biggest manufacturers in Vietnam running 3 factories of Encaustic Handmade Cement Tiles in North and South of Vietnam which are nearby 2 Biggest Seaports in Vietnam (Haiphong Port and Hochiminh Port). Counted from Parent time till now, VST family has exported its Encaustic Handmade Cement Tiles to over 34 countries in All Continents mainly to EU markets and North Americas countries
Besides this traditional production of Encaustic Handmade Cement Tiles, our 2nd Generation has extended family business to other Vietnam-originated building materials like natural stone and other value-added products made from those friendly environmental materials such as mosaics and cultured stones or pebbles...by being joint venture with quarry owners as family investment network.
To guarantee consistent and uniform quality from batch to batch, the whole production process from raw materials to final products must be checked by Professional QC teams with every single piece before packing and loading.

30% deposit by T/T against order confirmation, balance to be made after copy B/L. We are also available with DA, DP and Letter of Credit
6. What is your lead time?
The normal production time is around 4 weeks for one 20’GP. However, faster lead time could be available upon confirmation.
7.What’s the port of loading?
Our factories are located in both North and South of Vietnam, so we can ship the goods from Haiphong port or HoChiminh port.
